At last Kraven The Hunter will hit theaters, and Aaron Taylor-Johnson will have his third role linked to a comic book franchise
Sony’s Spider-Man Cinematic Universe continues to expand, adding to its ranks one of the deadliest wall-crawling villains in comics, Kraven the Hunter, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

As SMASH reported to you in a timely manner in May 2021, Sony Pictures handed actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson the responsibility of playing Kraven the Hunter.
The actor is no stranger to blockbuster superhero franchises, though his career has taken off beyond cartoon adaptations.
From the UK to the Marvel Universe
Born in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, on June 13, 1990, Aaron Taylor-Johnson had artistic concerns since childhood, and for this reason he studied at the Jackie Palmer Performing School, and in 1999 he had his first leading role in theatre.
In cinema Johnson made his debut in 2002 in the film Tom and Thomas, and in 2004 the British began to make a career in Hollywood, with films such as Shanghai Knights, The Illusionist and Nowhere Boy, his first film as a star, in which he gave life to John Lennon.
In 2010, Taylor-Johnson joined the cast of Kick-Ass, the adaptation of the comic created by Mark Millar and John Romita Jr., taking the starring role, which began to attract the attention of major franchises.
In 2013, the actor returned to the sequel to Kick-Ass, and a year later Johnson was part of the cast of Godzilla, alongside Elizabeth Olsen.
In 2015 Olsen and Taylor-Jonson teamed up again, now as brothers Wanda and Pietro Maximoff, in Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Age of Ultron, where the actor played Quicksilver.
A year earlier Evan Peters, his partner in the cast of Kick-Ass played Quicksilver, but in the X-Men franchise.

In 2016 Johnson joined the cast of Nocturnal Animals, a film for which he won the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor, one of the most important awards in the American film industry.
Johnson was also in films such as Tenet and Bullet Train, and in 2019 Sony chose him as the lead in Kraven The Hunter, a film located in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe, where Morbius and the two Venom films have already been released.
