During the months of April and Maythe National Institute of Older Adults opens new courses completely free for the elderly. With this type of actions, INAPAM seeks to ensure that older adults from Mexico find a new job with which they can have a fixed income and can be part of the modern society of our country.

Likewise, the courses that open in April and May completely freeallow the authorities of the INAPAM focus information on care, in addition to offering new alternatives regarding old age and aging of people older adults such as nutrition, social support networks, sexuality in old age, geriatric syndromes, cultural activities, rights, among others.
INAPAM opens free courses in April and May for older adults to find work
The first of the courses free is 'Gender and old age', which lasts 12 hours distributed in 3 four-hour sessions on days 2, 4, 9 and 11 of April. In these classes we will talk about sexuality in the elderly, as well as various mental disorders that can be suffered at this stage of life, all explained by collaborating experts contacted by the INAPAM.
For its part, the second of the free courses is 'Integrated care focused on the elderly', which will last 15 hours divided into 5 three-hour sessions on the 14th, 16th, 21st, 23rd and 28th of May. This course is opens once a year and it is intended that with the information provided, older adults, public servants and other interested public know in detail how to interact with this sector of the population.
