Ignacio López Tarso died on March 11, 2023, at the age of 98after being admitted to a hospital for worsening pneumonia and intestinal problems.
It was through the Instagram account of the Mexican program “Venga la Alegría”, where the death of the actor who established himself as one of the most important figures in Mexican cinema and television was announced.
Just this morning Juan Ignacio Arandason of Ignacio López Tarso, had given more details about the state of health of the first actor, who had already been admitted to a hospital since last Friday, March 3.
Through a message he shared with the media, the famous reported that his father was “giving battle” against the severe pneumonia that afflicted him.
The actor reported that by then, his father could no longer eat and continued in intermediate therapybut still, the family remained positive for the first actor to get ahead.
“Don Ignacio López Tarso, my father, is battling severe pneumonia. The state of health of him in general is delicate. He is still in intermediate therapy, ”he said at the time.
“You have kidney, heart, lung, etc. He is semi unconscious. He can not talk. I can not eat. I put to vivaldi at dawn. I was with him since 11 pm,” she added.
Relatives of Ignacio López Tarso go from abroad to Mexico to take care of him
Juan Ignacio Aranda also reported that most of the actor’s relatives were united to take care of him, and also admired his great strength.
“My family relieves me. My daughter is coming from San Cristóbal. There are the grandchildren and nephews from Barcelona and Canada. We are here with him. All his family. Taking turns going in to see it. Hopefully it will be restored. I hope it surprises us. It’s very strong. He has always been extraordinarily strong, ”revealed the actor, this same March 11, hours before his father’s death.
