Hilary Duff has shocked his fans by appearing in the Australian edition of the magazine Women’s Healthlooking stunning in a tight blue bathing suit and showing off several tattoos on her toned body.
In the interview that the publication includes, the actress spoke, among other things, about an eating disorder she had when she was a 17-year-old teenager.: “Because of my career, I couldn’t help but think: ‘I’m in front of the cameras and actresses have to be thin.’ It was horrible”. Some time later she decided to focus on strengthening her body and accepting her weight: “I appreciate my health. I do activities that make me feel strong instead of just improving the outside of my body. I try to spend time with people who make me feel good and who share the same views on health and body positivity, and the importance of getting enough sleep and eating a balanced diet.”
Advised by the coach Dominic Leeder Hilary gained a lot of self-confidence, and last May she also posed for Women’s Health, but naked: “We work our butts off to get our bodies in shape and look our best…But I want to work on what’s on the inside. That is the most important part of the system.”
