Recognition to Marco Antonio Solís
Regional Mexican music star Marco Antonio Solís received honors as 2022 Person of the Year from the Latin Recording Academy. The recognition was received by Emilio Estefan.
At the gala held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Solís was accompanied by his wife Cristian Salas and their daughters Alison and Marla Solís, who sang ‘When you remember me’ for her father.
“My heart is flooded with gratitude,” said the 62-year-old artist. “Gratitude is the memory of the heart, I thank everyone, those who have supported me in my career for so many years. I see a lot of youth present in music,” he added.
