This chocolate yogurt cake has the best of both worlds: yogurt and chocolate, sharing a juicy setting that will allow you to have, in just over half an hour, a snack or a breakfast for which adults and children will sigh. It has no science, nor complications in the ingredients, since they are the same ones that we would use for a normal yogurt cake, only with the addition of a little cocoa powder. Of course, the better the cocoa, the better the cake will be. Also, if you want, you can distribute a few chocolate chips in the dough before putting it in the oven to further enhance the chocolate flavor.
First, we mix the eggs with the yogurt and sugar. Then, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well no lumps.
For the next step, we have to preheat the oven to 180 ºC and grease the mold with oil or butter and flour, removing the excess. then we bake with heat up and down at 180 ºC for 30 minutes. Finally, we let it rest and cool before unmolding.
Accompanying this cake with a glass of milk is all we need to return to childhood. Although we can also make tea or coffee, or put it in the tupperware and make it our mid morning lunch.
