The Telemundo morning show was in high spirits during the broadcast on Wednesday, June 7 by a contact via Skype with the Peruvian conductor Andrés Hurtadowho went viral for firing the producer of his show while it was on the air.
The drivers of ‘Today’, Daniel Arenas, Andrea Meza, Penélope Menchaca and Jacky Bracamontes looked uncomfortables with the tense conversation that was happening live, buto Chiky Bombom and Frederik Oldenburg, did not hold back in the face of the situation They questioned the actions of the Peruvian against his employee.
In the midst of rumors of mistreatment by the producer of the Telemundo program, Chiky expressed his rejection of Andrés Hurtado without mincing words and put himself in the place of the fired producer.
“As an employee of this extremely large chain, I would not like that if I make a mistake that I am barely six months old, they would make me feel ashamed here as you did to the gentleman on the air, but I saw yours as an abuse of power.” the Dominican said.
For his part, Frederik, Carmen Villalobos’s boyfriend, spoke of the respect that must exist in a production and talked about how the treatment is on Telemundo. The Venezuelan managed to get the team behind the scenes to applaud him.
What about the producer of ‘Today’ and the drivers?
A few days ago on the Instagram profile of show business ‘Chamonic’, information was published about the alleged ill-treatment that the talents of the program and the rest of the team would be receiving by producer Diógenes Luberes.
According to the publication, Luberes accused Chiky Bombom of “not knowing how to read or speak.” She would have even thrown a pencil at him to do exercises to modulate.
“He told Chiky Bombom that he is also Dominican and that he knows that she comes from a low social stratum, where people do not know how to read and in front of everyone he told her that it was the last straw that six months had passed and that at this point, no knew how to read… He threw a pencil at her and in front of all the staff told her ‘put it in your mouth and learn to speak’“reads the publication of ‘Chamonic’.
The Dominican supposedly “liked” the publication, which seemed to many to be “endorsement.” Chiky’s action sparked speculation about her suspension from a morning show broadcast, something for which she did not remain silent and told the reason for her absence on “Today.”
