In summer our style varies, with flowing garments that leave parts of the body exposed. We will avoid boiling it, so we will not leave our home with a stinky smell that has led to this being one of the most repudiated vegetables in Spanish cuisine. With this, we will obtain a succulent and very healthy dish that accepts other types of vegetables such as fresh asparagus, carrots, leeks and a long etcetera (sky is the limit).
