There, stars or relevant personalities who have helped, supported and advocated for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) rights. Several Latino artists received special recognition. Christina Aguilera and Bad Bunny among them.
The hostess of the ceremony Los Angeles at the 34th Annual GLAAD Awards was Margaret Cho, Emmy and Grammy Award-nominated comedian and actress, and featured special performances by FLETCHER and Orville Peck. The event will be broadcast on hulu from April 12, 2023. There we will see the exact moment when Bad Bunny received an award from his countryman Ricky Martin.

Christina Aguilera also received a special recognitionthe Advocate for Change Award, presented by Michael Anderson, survivor of the Q Club shooting.
“I have a big problem with injustice, particularly towards the trans community that has faced so much hardship. So I always hoped that I could use my music to speak for others who didn’t have a voice. That is why I am so grateful to GLAAD for this award and for the work they do to make the LGBTQ community heard.“, expressed the interpreter of “Genie in a Bottle”.
Although ya GLAAD also announced the winners of select categories of the GLAAD Awards off stage and on social networks, it is not until April 12 that we will be able to see them in streaming.
