According to information from the Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM), the youtuber Armando “N”, better known as Heisenwolf, was released and was acquitted of the crime of reckless homicide after he reached an agreement with the relatives of the six victims who left a car accident that he caused on September 18.

However, in the coming weeks, the amounts of the compensation or the forms of compensation for the damage will be set once they reach a consensus, since the Public Ministry requested that the hearing be declared in recess in order to start the dialogue.
Heisenwolf is identified as allegedly responsible for hitting his Camaro car against a taxi in which the six deceased people were traveling, one of them 10 years old. However, the problems for him may not be over yet, because while the legal process was ongoing, the youtuber he was accused of having used illustrations from a designer without prior authorization. Although the designer only accused him on his Twitter account, it is unknown if he will take action on the matter.
This illustration was used in one of his videos, which it is worth mentioning that he has shared on his YouTube channel for four years and that he has accumulated 1.47 million subscribers, while 160 thousand people follow him on TikTok and 115 thousand on Instagram.
