The world of work can be very complicated due to different issues and, sadly, many people endure mistreatment, few rights and unfair conditions due to the need to support their home, which is why sometimes being fired seems more reward than punishment.
However, that does not mean that being fired leaves a bad taste in your mouth and a feeling of frustration or impotence, which most of the time you have to put up with. But this is not the case for Adam, a young man from the United Kingdom who was fired from a B & Q chain store and decided to give them a strong message before leaving, for which he ended up being banned from all the company’s stores.
This was made known through a TikTok video shared by Adam, who went completely viral because of the guts he had to do it, because not everyone dares. Unfortunately, the video no longer exists on his account, but another user was able to save it before it was removed and re-uploaded it to the @thebaldwelshy account.
In the clip, which barely lasts a few seconds, you can see how the former employee approaches the store’s loudspeaker and begins to insult them, before leaving, saying:

This is an ad for clients, I just got fired and B&Q are idiots, f*ck y’all. Have a nice day.
B&Q is a store dedicated to household items, decoration and construction and before this boy’s message, they did not hesitate to comment on it, because they sent him a document where they tell him that it has been banned from all stores. Apparently he did hurt them.
We very much doubt that he regretted what he did, since it was clear that he had endured a lot while working for them. In the comments he was funny because if he was already fired anyway, he decided to leave with style and making the store look bad in front of customers and now in front of the entire internet.
According to the boy, he was fired solely for smoking outside the area designated for it and by claiming that other employees did the same, they decided to fire him for “acting unreasonably.” Adam thinks he might have deserved a call out for that, but not fired.
