If the X-Men saga has left you with doubts regarding the chronology of the time that their stories have, here we explain how the different realities take place
Let’s be honest, there are a couple of things that seem easy, but are too complex, the first is cooking a fried egg and the second is understanding the continuity of the X-Men movies.
Do not miss: What legacy does the X-Men saga leave for the cinema?
We don’t have explanations or tips for you to prepare a fried egg, but we can explain how the X-Men movies are intertwined, without complicating your life.
First of all, let’s remember how the X-Men movies were released, in chronological order, including X-Men: Dark Phoenix, from 2019
2003 X Men 2
2006 X-Men: The Last Stand
2009 X-Men Origins: Wolverine
2011 X-Men: First Class
2013 The Wolverine
2014 X-Men: Days of the Future Past
2016 X-Men: Apocalypse
2018 Deadpool 2
2019 X-Men: Dark Phoenix
2020 The New Mutants
Now, from this timeline let’s remember that the events of X-Men: Days of the Future Past alter the timeline of many events, and that led to the change of some historical facts as well as a few inconsistencies, and different timelines.
In this way, the time line that was established was as follows, according to the passages of the films:

1979 –X-Men Origins: Wolverine
