The involuntary manslaughter trial against paul lyle began on September 20 in a criminal court in Miami, Florida, and although witnesses continue to present themselves to date, the existence of a proof that it could be in favor of the Mexican actor that could even save him from going to prison.

According to the reports generated by the authorities in March 2019, Juan Ricardo Hernández, 64, was attacked by Pablo Lyle after a road mishap while the actor and his family were on their way to the Miami, Florida airport, but the man from Cuban nationality died four days later due to the injuries he presented.

However, it was on the “Gossip No Like” program, where it became known that Marcela Arce, who was a sentimental partner of Juan Ricardo Hernández, had been called to testify, but she does not want to appear.

“There are versions that she took him out of a party, what he liked to drink a lot, and so if she testifies that would be a weapon that would be helping Pablo Lyle’s defense“, explained the correspondent of the program, Mónica Mendoza.

But another determining fact in the case is that, supposedly, that same day Juan Ricardo Hernández would have suffered a shock before the altercation with Pablo Lyleso he was upset and this may have caused his reaction.

“Someone hit his car earlier, he was having a bad day. It is said that that night he had been at a party and she (Marcela Arce) would have gotten him out of there. When they hit him she was already in a very bad temper and this happens with Mr. Delfino, Pablo Lyle’s brother-in-law, “added the presenter.

Another determining factor during the trial could be that the deceased man had been operated on his knees twice, a state of health that caused him to easily lose his balance. Likewise, it was learned that the police officer in charge of arresting Pablo Lyle at the airport could not interfere in this area, for which she would have committed a serious offense.

It is known that Ana Araujo, who would currently be separated from Lyle, will also be called to testify in the coming days.
