Executive producer Jonathan Kasdan commented that Val Kilmer&#8217;s scoundrel swordsman, <strong>Madmartigan, is part of the sequel even though Kilmer was unable to work on the series<\/strong> due to the pandemic and his battle with throat cancer in recent years.
