{"id":87846,"date":"2022-09-09T00:10:27","date_gmt":"2022-09-08T18:40:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.imageantra.com\/elton-john-is-taking-a-break-from-music-as-he-plans-his-next-move\/"},"modified":"2022-09-09T00:10:27","modified_gmt":"2022-09-08T18:40:27","slug":"elton-john-is-taking-a-break-from-music-as-he-plans-his-next-move","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.imageantra.com\/elton-john-is-taking-a-break-from-music-as-he-plans-his-next-move\/","title":{"rendered":"Elton John is taking a break from music as he plans his next move"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<figure class=\"article-image\">\n\t\t\t<figcaption class=\"image-caption\">\n<p>\t\t\t\t\tElton John\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\t\t\t\tPhoto: Kamil Krzaczynski\/Getty Images\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>In recent months, <strong>Elton John has dedicated himself to revitalizing some of his classics through successful collaborations with Dua Lipa (&#8216;Cold Heart&#8217;) and with the very princess of pop, Britney Spears, <\/strong>along with the one that premiered a few weeks ago &#8216;Hold Me Closer&#8217; to the delight of the staunch fans of both artists.<\/p>\n<p>We must also remember that the interpreter is still immersed in that farewell macro tour, &#8216;Farewell Yellow Brick Road&#8217;, which will end on July 8, 2023 with a, surely, massive concert in Stockholm. <strong>Although he has had to suspend or delay some recitals due to various health problems, it seems that Sir Elton&#8217;s presence on stage is assured for at least the next twelve months.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>However, in his last interview, the incombustible artist has revealed that he has no intention of publishing new songs in a long season,<strong> as he needs to stay away from the recording studio in order to cultivate his family life<\/strong> -the interpreter is the father of two young children with her husband David Furnish- and also to start planning his next professional and personal moves.<\/p>\n<p><center\/><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>When I finish the tour in Stockholm, I&#8217;ll have to make a break to find out where I&#8217;m going from there.  I&#8217;m open to all kinds of things, but I have to finish the tour first.  So I probably won&#8217;t release anything new next year, but we&#8217;ll see.<\/strong> You may get an unrepeatable offer, who knows.
