Even finding bottled water in supermarkets can be difficult and the worst thing is that there are already thefts of the vital liquid.<\/p>\n<p>Proof of the latter is a man who was caught stealing water from his neighbor&#8217;s water tank in broad daylight.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>It is worth mentioning that several months ago, a program with water cuts began in Monterrey to take care of the vital liquid.  This caused hundreds of inhabitants to choose to buy water tanks to store the liquid, which was taken advantage of by a man who, without any fear, climbed on the roof of his neighbor to steal some water.<\/p>\n<p>What this subject did not expect was that his act of robbery would be recorded by a third party, who did not hesitate to share the clip on social networks.  Although the video lasts a few seconds, it is perfectly observed how the man buckets water from his neighbor&#8217;s water tank and pours it into his own.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"hombre en monterrey le roba agua del tinaco de su vecino\" width=\"788\" height=\"591\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Fr7A7_d8r0Q?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The clip has divided the internet between those who criticize the act of vandalism and those who justify the action of the man, who possibly needed to take a bath or cook some food for his children (something that nobody really knows).<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the governor of Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Samuel Garc\u00eda, assured that in a short time the 15,000 liters per second of water that the Monterrey metropolitan area requires to avoid service cuts will be supplied.
