This measure is due to the electoral ban in force in Mexico, which prohibits the carrying out of certain government and social promotion activities during the period prior to the June 2 elections.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"htmlinline\"\/>\n<p>The temporary suspension of the delivery of <strong>new cards<\/strong> of <strong>pay<\/strong> for the <strong>older adults<\/strong> beneficiaries of this program is part of compliance with the legal provisions related to the electoral ban.  During this period, actions that may influence citizens&#39; decisions in the context of elections are prohibited, in order to guarantee the impartiality and equity of the electoral process.<\/p>\n<p>This electoral ban is the main reason why during the month of <strong>May<\/strong>there will not be <strong>delivery<\/strong> of <strong>new card<\/strong> of <strong>pay<\/strong> of the <strong>Welfare Pension 2024<\/strong> in Mexico.
