In my dearest children<\/em><\/strong>, Chantal and Christian live a quiet retirement. But since their children Sandrine and St\u00e9phane have left home, they don’t see much of them. Empty-nest parents find a clever way to keep their kids interested: Win the lottery.<\/p>\n

When their children forget about their parents and only show up for interest, the protagonists plan how to get their children’s attention back. And it is pretending that they have won the lottery. This is how this funny French comedy goes, in which an innocent lie, with the aim of attracting their children home for Christmas, becomes more and more complicated and entangled.<\/p>\n

With a small budget but with great actors, this funny film is developed that makes us laugh out loud. The main strong point of this pleasant comedy is, without a doubt, the quality of its interpretation. The characters chain funny situations naturally, and they make us have a fun time and that’s the main thing.<\/p>\n

Lately, numerous high-quality comedies of French origin have been arriving, which, with a small budget, surprise us with their originality, and a good performance by actors little known in Spain. They are good films that have little to do in theaters with the competition that there is with big-budget American cinema, although if we want to see something different and fun, it is a very good choice.<\/p>\n
