Ray Liotta, an actor well known for ‘One of Us’, ‘Hot Aces’ or ‘Hannibal’, among others, recently left us. However, there are still several of the projects that he had in his hands pending for the first time, such as ‘Locked up with the devil<\/strong>‘, the Apple TV + series that presents its interesting trailer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the mind of the assassin<\/h2>\n

‘Locked up with the devil’ (‘Black Bird’) is a series written, produced and developed by Dennis Lehane<\/strong>famous author of best-sellers like ‘Mystic River’ or ‘Shutter Island’, based on the memoirs of James Keene. <\/p>\n

In the trailer, we see Keene (Taron Egerton), a successful soccer player who is sentenced to 10 years in jail. However, he suddenly receives an unusual proposal: can get freedom<\/strong> much earlier than stipulated if he agrees to be interned in a maximum security prison and befriend the serial killer<\/strong> Larry Hall (Paul Walter Hauser), to get him to confess where his victims are buried.<\/p>\n

In the miniseries, Liotta plays the role of Keene’s father, in which he is his last television performance<\/strong>. Other important names of the project are that of Greg Kinnear<\/strong> (‘Better… impossible’) and Sepideh Moafi (‘The murder of two lovers’). The first three episodes are directed by Michael R. Roskam<\/strong> (‘Delivery’).<\/p>\n

‘Locked up with the devil’ is a 10-episode miniseries, which will premiere the first two<\/strong> on AppleTV+ on friday july 8<\/strong> and will premiere the following weekly until August 5.<\/p>\n
