Inter Miami fired coach Phil Neville on June 1 and handed over the bench to Javier Morales as interim coach.<\/p>\n

In an interview published by the ‘Miami Herald’ newspaper, Mas assured that there are three candidates on the table and that Martino is one of them, without disclosing any other names.<\/p>\n

Martino, 60, trained Messi at Barcelona in the 2013-2014 academic year and in the Argentine National Team.<\/p>\n

He also has MLS experience, having coached Atlanta United from 2016 to 2018 and having won the league in 2018.<\/p>\n
