FALLON\/AFP\/Getty Images\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The actor Kevin Costner, 68 years old and who about a month ago separated from <strong>Christine Baumgartner <\/strong>Due to irreconcilable differences after 18 years of marriage and three children together, he no longer knows what to do to throw his ex out of the mansion they shared.<\/p>\n<p>According to the TMZ portal, Christine had to leave, according to her prenuptial agreement, the home 30 days after they filed the divorce petition, but 45 days have passed and it is not clear when she will move from the luxurious residence.<\/p>\n<p>This caused Costner to seek the support of the courts, since he believes that his ex wants to take advantage of the situation to put pressure on him and that he ends up giving in to his economic demands.  He already gave you close to <strong>$1,200,000 dollars <\/strong>so that she can rebuild her life, but, apparently, she would like more and more money.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to that figure, the famous actor would also be willing, in exchange for his moving home, to give <strong>$30,000 dollars per month<\/strong> so that she and her children can live in a rented house, in addition to other <strong>$10,000 dollars <\/strong>to help her with her moving expenses.<\/p>\n<p>Kevin Costner owns three mansions, which he will continue to keep, as stipulated in his prenuptial agreement signed in 2004.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p>\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe title=\"Kevin Costner Says Estranged Wife Christine REFUSES to Move Out\" width=\"788\" height=\"443\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/STCrpcEBPFk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the mansion from which Kevin Costner&#8217;s ex refuses to leave?<\/h2>\n<p>According to the British newspaper Daily Mail, which was the outlet that broke the news, the property is located on a plot of <strong>17 acres<\/strong>of which 10 are facing the sea, in the Carpinteria area, in California.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe house is perched on a cliff and has unbeatable views of the sea.  Costner originally designed a dream home with a pool and guest house but, due to family commitments and time spent at his Aspen home, he never got around to remodeling the site,\u201d the Daily Mail reported.<\/p>\n<p><center>\t<\/center><\/p>\n<p>On the lot there is a ranch-style house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main attraction being the size of the lot and its amenities.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe resort has 500 feet of private, cliff-fringed beach, and Costner has built an apparent recreational home on the property that is surrounded by outdoor furniture and umbrellas.
