According to the National Water Commission (Conagua), Mexico is going through its third heat wave of this 2023, so it is estimated that several states of the republic will reach 45 \u00b0C. Due to these high temperatures, it is recommended not to leave the house or expose yourself to the sun for as little time as possible, this more than anything to avoid having a heatstroke<\/strong>; below we tell you what are the symptoms<\/strong> and the food<\/strong> what can you eat<\/strong> for avoid it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A heatstroke<\/strong> It is when the body temperature increases considerably and exceeds 39 \u00b0, this is caused by exposure to high environmental temperatures such as those that are being experienced in most states of the Mexican Republic. In this case, children and adults over 65 are the most likely to suffer from this heat stroke. <\/p>\n
