It is worth mentioning that during the recording of the sequence, Kim did not have any interaction with any of her former co-stars at any time.<\/p>\n<p>The reluctance of <strong>kim cattrall<\/strong> to reprise that character in all the chapters of <strong>And just like that<\/strong> It was because she wanted to make another movie based on the series and not a TV show, plus her relationship with <strong>Sarah Jessica Parker<\/strong> it got worse over time.
