TO raphy pinahusband of the singer of urban genre Natti Natasha, the request to dismiss the 41-month sentence against him was denied. This after they declare it guilty on the charge of illegal possession of weapons over a year ago. Of course, this is bad news not only for the interpreter of “Sin Pijama” but for the fans of the family.

Despite the fact that the First Circuit of Boston understood that it was a mistake to find producer Raphy Pina guilty of the charge of tampering with a weapon to make it automatic (a more serious charge in his case), Judge Francisco Besosa determined that his sentence of 41… pic.twitter.com/gpnp9RHhO4

It’s not a secret that Natti Natasha, raphy pinaand his sons including isabelle life, who was born months before the music producer entered jail, have earned the love of millions around the world. So it is normal that many were aware of whether the judge in Francisco Besosa would grant Raphy Pina freedom just over a year after entering prison.

However, the Federal Court of San Juan in Puerto Rico ruled that Raphy Pina must serve the 3 years and 5 months in prison that he was sentenced to and not from 15 to 21 years old, as his defense was requesting. Let’s remember that he was acquitted of the charge of possession of an illegally modified weapon. Even so, the judge determined that this did not change the origin of the crime or, as he described it: “Total offense level.”

Upon leaving, Raphy Pina must pay a $150,000 fine and probation with regime of presentations for 3 years.
