She also made obscene sexual comments and sometimes insistent moans,\u201d according to the French outlet.<\/p>\n<p><center>\t<\/center><\/p>\n<p>The newspaper also alleges that <strong>the &#8220;sexualized and misogynistic environment&#8221; present in these shoots allowed the actor to commit these acts,<\/strong> even in front of other co-workers.  <\/p>\n<p>The actor has not responded directly to these accusations by the French media, but his lawyers did, who <strong>&#8220;formally denies all the accusations that may be tried&#8221; and describes G\u00e9rard as &#8220;a gentleman who likes to woo,<\/strong> opposed to all forms of violence and extremely modest in sexual matters\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>None of these women cited by Mediapart denounced the actor, but three of them gave their testimony to justice, according to the newspaper. <\/p>\n<p>While, <strong>The Paris prosecutor&#8217;s office declared last Wednesday that it had not &#8220;received any new complaints to date&#8221;<\/strong>and that the open investigation continues in July 2020, due to the demand of the actress Charlotte Arnould.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arnould accused Depardieu of raping her twice<\/strong> in August 2018 at the actor&#8217;s house, when she was 22 years old. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Keep reading:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><center>\t<\/center><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gerard Depardieu.
