Born under the name of Masanori Ota, he was born on November 23, 1961 in the city of Kobe.  He studies arts at Osaka University, where he graduated as a Professor with a specialty in classical painting. In an Earth torn apart by World War III, a dystopian utopia where androids and humans must live in harmony.
