A rep for the actor has denied the allegations, stating that &#8220;<em>he has done nothing wrong, we are looking forward to clearing his name and clearing this up<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 1 --><\/p>\n<h2>The details of the incident<\/h2>\n<p>The woman who accused Majors was taken to the hospital, where minor injuries were found to her neck and head.  A preliminary investigation report noted that Majors was involved in an incident of <strong>domestic violence<\/strong> with her and what <em>&#8220;The victim reported to police that she had been assaulted. Officers took the 33-year-old male into custody without incident. The victim sustained minor head and neck injuries and was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 2 --> <\/p>\n<p>Among the possible charges that the actor recently seen in titles such as &#8216;Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania&#8217; and &#8216;Creed 3&#8217; could face are those of <strong>strangulation, assault and harassment<\/strong>.  There is speculation about the possibility that the victim is his girlfriend and that the altercation started after discovering that Majors was messaging with another woman, but this point is not confirmed.<\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 3 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"article-asset article-asset-normal article-asset-center\">\n<div class=\"desvio-container\">\n<div class=\"desvio\">\n<div class=\"desvio-figure js-desvio-figure\">\n<p>     <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The actor was transferred to prison but <strong>he was released shortly after<\/strong> despite the fact that the police considered that they had sufficient evidence against him.
