After the covid-19 pandemic, many companies realized that working online can be a good option to reduce operating costs. For this reason, some workers still remain with this modality.

Such is the case of Candelaria Zambrana, a woman identified on TikTok as @candezambrana who shared the experience with her work online, since she has to use a tracker that counts her work hours, in addition to following a couple of somewhat controversial measures of the company you work for.

This story quickly went viral, as the employee mentioned that not only does she have to wear a tracker to record work hours, they also take a screenshot of her computer screen every ten minutes.

Cande’s idea when working online was to be able to have more independence at work, but, apparently, things did not work out for her at all. Internet users wanted to know more details about it, so the young woman made a second video to delve a little deeper into the subject.

Aware that a lot of controversy arose due to his testimony on the networks, Cande began to explain some things about his work, because it seems too much to him that the Spanish company for which he works takes screenshots of his computer.

In the first place, yes, it is very controversial, really, that is, one thing is that they ‘track’ your hours because they have to count them, another thing is that they take a ‘screenshot’ of your screen, because we agree that, when you are working, he also goes to Mercado Libre to buy something, goes to the bathroom, makes coffee, is not 100 percent on the computer for eight hours straight.

However, the woman explained that for the screenshot to be taken, a notification first arrives on the computer for the worker to accept the shot, but if you do not accept it, the company will deduce that you are not working.

Despite these drawbacks, Cande is happy working at this company, as she says that the company is very good and the people are nice. In addition, she can fulfill her work schedule at any time of the day or night, obviously, fulfilling her eight hours.
