According to the portal, <strong>the director faces trial for inadvertently killing <\/strong>with the dolly of a camera to one of these animals during the filming of &#8216;6 in the shade&#8217;, his film for Netflix, because in Italy they are a protected species. <strong>It may seem like a joke, but, at the very least, Bay will have to go to trial in Italy<\/strong>.  Not for killing a pigeon, but for apparently failing to supervise his team members responsible for the welfare of animals on set.<\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 1 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"article-asset article-asset-normal article-asset-center\">\n<div class=\"desvio-container\">\n<div class=\"desvio\">\n<div class=\"desvio-figure js-desvio-figure\">\n<p>     <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Cucurrucucu dove<\/h2>\n<p>Of course, Michael Bay has fought back tooth and nail: not only <strong>has called the report &#8220;false, dangerous and defamatory&#8221;<\/strong> but, in addition, he has asked The Wrap to retract his words because <strong>It is false news and it has hurt him in the most personal way.<\/strong> So much so, that instead of simply reaching a monetary settlement and closing the case, he has decided to fight for his truth.<\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 2 --> <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Your story is extremely damaging to Mr. Bay personally and professionally (he has spoken publicly of his love for animals and his desire to make a film about saving African elephants, another fact you knew but did not know) and has tarnished his reputation as someone who fiercely supports animals, financially and otherwise, causing you extreme distress.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bay claims that <strong>You have the video confirmation of what you said<\/strong>, and that not only did no animal die, but none suffered any kind of harm.
