The actor Paul Lyle He could be released when he was deported to Mexico, this is how he became known after the protagonist of “Mirreyes vs. Godínez ”started the process of appealing his sentence. Here we tell you what is known so far.
According to what was revealed through the ‘Al Rojo Vivo’ program, the case of the actor passed into the hands of the State Court and an order for cooperation with the federal authorities was also issued, which means that he will most likely be deported.
“Pablo Lyle is currently being transported or processed by the immigration court. Most likely, since they have already issued an order to cooperate with the feds, they will pick him up and deport him to Mexico.“, explained the lawyer Sandra Hoyos.
This fact would leave the sentence issued in the United States in vogue, since upon returning to his country of origin he must be governed by the resolution of the Mexican authorities. “As far as we know, at any time you can be deported from the United States to Mexico and, arriving in Mexico, it is more likely than not, that you will not have to serve the sentence,” added Hoyos.
However, for this to happen, Pablo Lyle will have to go to the Miami Immigration Prison, a process that is already known to be underway thanks to the cooperation order issued. There, the actor will have to face a new trial with which it will be determined if his deportation will be carried out or not.
For now it is known that it could take up to more than six months before the result of this procedure is announced and despite the commotion that this possibility of “freedom” has caused, Lyle’s lawyers have not yet commented on it. .
