It is a project that seeks to exalt the power of gastronomy as a cultural link and in turn be a tool for the dissemination of Dominican gastronomy in our country and of various restaurants invited to participate.
To achieve this, the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in Mexico and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country chose two Dominican chefs with international experience to design a dish with a Dominican flavor in collaboration with each restaurant.
These dishes are designed according to the concept and cuisine of each place; and during the month of the festival, each restaurant will include it in its menu.
For those interested in training and familiarizing themselves with the world of gastronomy, a face-to-face workshop will be offered at each restaurant in which local staff, chef Patricia Clavijo and chef Ana Lebron will participate, together with the chefs of the Supérate program -main line of action of the Dominican government based on equal rights and opportunities.
