I’ve taken a break from social media for my mental health and because I find Instagram and Twitter overstimulating and overwhelming. I get caught up in a loop when I read things about myself and ultimately it’s very detrimental to my mental state. So I decided to take a step back and remove the apps.
In this very, very short return to Instagram I thought it would be very important and a good idea to shed some light on a charity that we sponsor, which is Stem4. Stem4 is a wonderfully innovative educational program. His pioneering apps, clinically recommended website, and mental health conferences have all contributed to helping children who were suffering.
In addition to announcing his retirement from social networks, Holland spoke about Steam4, an educational program that consists of four completely free applications that help control and reduce disorders such as anxiety and depression.
Although the actor did not give an estimated date on which he would resume his social networks, his fans They already send messages of support, because they believe that he has made the best decision and this will help him grow in many ways.
