In 2019, Tom Ellis told Men’s Health about the exercise routine he followed to keep the character in good shape. And he confessed to the media that he gained nine kilos of muscle in the upper part of the body with this training: “When I was getting in shape for season 4 of Lucifer, I really wanted to gain some muscle mass… We were going to train six days a week. We would do four days as an upper and lower body split using big compound movements to get the big muscles going.”
And as the specialized fitness media also noted: “This type of training helped Ellis turn his Lucifer into a fallen angel and it is the type of routine he showed when he taught us a typical day of upper body training” .

No man’s land
In 2002, the world changed forever. Every man, every child, every mammal with a Y chromosome anywhere on Earth suddenly collapsed and died. With the loss of more than half of the world’s population, the gears of society have stopped and a world of women will now have to rise up and prevent civilization from collapsing entirely.
The “gendercide”, however, was not absolute. For some unknown reason, a young man named Yorick Brown and his pet male monkey, Ampersand, were the only ones spared. From one day to the next, this anonymous twentysomething became the most important person on the planet… and the key, everyone hopes, to unlocking the secret of the mysterious gender-specific plague.
To Yorick himself, the only person in the world who matters is 10,000 miles away…and he will stop at nothing to find her. But as he journeys through this strange world, both danger and new opportunities threaten to derail his journey…and with it, the future of the human race.
