The appearance of Abomination, and unknown places in the MCU are just part of this first preview of the series focused on the exploits of Jennifer Walters, who will receive the Hulk’s gifts thanks to her cousin.
The accident that triggers the transformation
As in the comics Jennifer Walters transforms into She-Hulk derived from a car accident.
This mishap leads him to receive a blood transfusion from his only known relative, Bruce Banner, whose lymph is irradiated with gamma rays, leading Walters to undergo a transformation that will make her the great emerald litigator.
The Vault prison?
Walters is a lawyer who can handle both civil and criminal cases, and in one of the shots she appears to come out of a colossal building, which makes us think that She-Hulk has cases with villains of the stature of Abomination.
Speaking of Abomination
In the trailer, the image of Emil Blonski is seen inside his cell in the Vault, in which he will possibly already have 10 years in prison. Is a release for good behavior being worked on? The first season of She-Hulk will answer this question
Titania, the great threat
At SMASH we inform you of the possible presence of Frog Man in the first season of She-Hulk, but he will not be the only debut in this series that would see the first appearance of Titania, the villain of the plot.
Titania debuted in the pages of Secret Wars #3 (July 1984). Created by Jim Shooter, Mary MacPherran is a high school outcast, she was transformed into Titania’s superpower in exchange for joining Doctor Doom’s army on Battleworld.
Wong’s phase expands!
As if Wong’s appearances in Shag-Chi, Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness weren’t enough, the now-Sorcerer Supreme will also have a guest appearance in She-Hulk.
Wong and Abomination worked on Emil Blonski’s force management, though no further details of the former Kamar-Taj librarian’s appearance are known.
The first 9 episodes of the She-Hulk series Tatiana Masnaly will be the interpreter of Jennifer Walters / She-Hulk, and this series will be joined by Tim Roth as Abomination, Jameela Jamil as Titania and the return of Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner / Hulk. She-Hulk is directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia, with Jessica Gao serving as head writer.
The first season of She-Hulk: Defender of Heroes will arrive on digital platforms on August 17, 2022.
