San Sebastian is one of the most beautiful cities of the peninsula. The amusement park of Monte Igueldo

The English Cemetery
At the top of the immense Mount Urgull is one of the tourist attractions par excellence of the capital of San Sebastian: the Castillo de la Mola. However, it is not the only treasure that this mountain hides. And it is that, on one of its slopes, is the Cemetery of the English. A magical corner where vegetation abounds and where the moss has taken over practically the entire installation.
It is believed that it is at this point that the mortal remains of the English combatants who fell in Gipuzkoa during the First Carlist War lie. Thus, in memory of the soldiers who died in a battle that was not theirsthis small cemetery opened in 1924 was erected.
