Although we are now getting a taste for miniseries, like This one from Netflix that my friend has recommended to you Pepa, we also like traditional series with several seasons. look at the fantastic stranger things who has kept us entertained for weeks after his last season ended with crazy theories about mike’s momor about Will’s future.
Among all the Netflix content there is another one of which we declare ourselves fans and we do not talk about the series that Aitana devoured in one day. We talk about youthe series starring Penn Badgley that The first part of its fourth season will premiere on February 9, 2023. (the second will arrive on March 9).
We are not going to talk to you about what will happen in this new seasonbut about what you need to know before it is released, because let’s be honest, It’s been a long time and we need a summary of youthat there are too many series to retain everything in the brain.
SPOILER alert: Obviously there are spoilers for the first, second and third seasons because this is a summary of the series, so if you haven’t seen them, sorry, you’ll have to stop reading.
The essential summary of you
Joe Goldberg is a manager of a bookstore in NY. He’s gotten this far by running from his relationship with Candace. One day, in the bookstore, she meets Beck and falls instantly in love. Rather, she obsesses. And she becomes obsessed to a level that makes us wonder if we are giving her the importance of our privacy. Joe ends up kidnapping his boyfriend and killing him, while he sets out to win Beck over.

Beck’s best friend suspects Joe, and surprise: it ends mortimer also. Joe covers up his murder as a suicide, but Beck breaks up and leaves. Has he been saved? She swims further from the truth because she finds out the truth about Joe and, surprise again, she ends up dead too. Dr. Nicky is framed for the murders by Joe and Candace shows up unexpectedly at the bookstore.
Although he moves to Los Angeles and changes his name (he is now Will Bettelheim), Joe is a man of mixed tastes and soon there is a new woman on his psychopath and serial killer radar: Love Quinn. Things couldn’t be better with her, but everything gets complicated when the protagonist keeps killing people, like her neighbor Delilah who discovers what he has done. And the closure, Love is pregnant (a la Pedroche) and everything seems to change for the protagonist. Or not. Joe realizes that Love is not what she seems. That she is as murderous as he is, wow. Things get complicated because having a partner who seems to be even crazier than you isn’t always cool, especially when it comes to serial killers.

The series continues to move forward with a couple willing to leave their past behind but without “life” leaving them. More murders, obviously, and a new obsession for Joe, this time with Marianne, his boss. Love finds out about her and tells Marianne that Joe has killed her ex, all to blow up the relationship that her husband now has with her. Murderers fighting and it all ends with a fire and Love dead after attempting to kill him and with Joe pretending to be dead too (yes, he cuts off two toes along the horror movie saw to make everything much more believable).
A new setting: Paris. And up to here I can read, like Mayra Gómez Kemp.
The people at Netflix know it and all this I’m telling you, you have it in video format, summarized in two and a half minutes, only in the original version. Press play and enjoy until the new season arrives:
