An old house that belonged to Frank Sinatra is looking for new owners.

24 years have passed since the death of the great Frank Sinatra, however, his name is still valid for his musical legacy, but also for his properties, as happened with the one he had in Chatsworth, Calif.and which was recently re-launched for sale by $12.75 million dollars.
In 2021, when it was first offered, it included an adjacent lot, so its value was $21.5 million dollars.
Now the strategy has changed and it has been decided to sell them separately, so the second property, which has permits to build 10 houses and consists of a land of more than seven acres, is being announced by $6.8 million dollars.
The main house, which was built in 1951 by renowned architect William Pereira and draws attention for its glass walls, it has an extension of 6,661 square feetwith six bedrooms, with seven full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
It also has a kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, piano room, laundry room, garage for 20 vehicles, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 7.97 acresIt has a terrace area, green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a pool house with space for a gym or a massage room, as well as a comfortable guest house with a swimming pool and a private patio.
In addition to attracting attention for its interiors and exteriors, the historic building is also something to talk about for having been used as a recording forum for all kinds of projects.
