The last three years have been surrounded by tragedy for the family of the late Elvis Presley, since not only his only daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, was reunited with him in heaven, but also his grandson, Benjamin Keoughwho committed suicide on July 12, 2020.
The death of Benjamin, who was only 27 years old, was a hard blow for his mother, to such an extent that she could never get over it, despite the fact that she did everything possible to continue with her life.
In her desperate attempts to turn the page, Lisa got rid of, in March 2021, the Mediterranean-style mansion he owned in the Calabasas area and that it was the place where his son took his life months ago.
The residence, sadly, could hardly be enjoyed by her and her family, since she had just bought it, in March 2020, for $1.8 million dollars.
The sale of the property occurred in an operation outside the market, so they do not know the conditions it was in at the time the deal was closed. What is known is that it was sold for almost $2 million dollars.
According to the technical file, released by various sites specialized in the sale of real estate, the house was built in 1989, it has an extension of 3,582 square feetwith five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, bar, laundry room, garage for two vehicles, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 8,838 square feets, the property has a terrace, green areas, swimming pool with its respective spa area, jacuzzi, beautiful views of the panorama, among other amenities.
