The Government of Mexico, headed by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, tried to auction, in 2019, the mansion that belonged to Mrs. Griselda López PérezOvidio Guzmán’s mother, however, everything remained an attempt, since there was no one interested in bidding for the luxurious residence located in Culiacán, Sinaloa.
The property, which had a starting price of $11,224,446 pesossomething like $560,000 dollarsis located in one of the most exclusive areas of the region and enjoys great luxuries, this being the main reason for its value, but also for its kitchenware and finishes.
The property, marked with the number 642 of Cerro de las Siete Gordas street, in the Colinas de San Miguel neighborhood, is distributed over three floors, has several parking spaces, with a couple of terraces with palm trees, with a roof garden, while its façade is white with gold details.
“It’s equiped. The truth is that this house is luxurious to arrive and make use of it ”, was how the residence was promoted in November 2019, but even so it was not possible to capture the attention of possible interested parties.
