In 1995, movie theaters in the United States saw the movie ‘Heat’, starring Robert De Niro and Danny Trejo, which made news again a few hours ago after it was revealed that the house where it was filmed is located for sale.
The residence, known as The Stilt House and built in 1962, it was launched on the market by $1,599,000 dollars and is located in East Los Angeles.
According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the house, which is distributed over one floor, has an area of 2,016 square feetwith three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
It is completed by a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, office, games room, laundry room, garage, balconies, among other rooms.
The kitchen is semi-open and very small. It is equipped with white cabinets, with stainless steel appliances and with a red brick wall.
The main bedroom has space for a large bed and a small living room. It also has a dressing room and a bathroom with a double vanity, toilet, bathtub and walk-in shower.
Outside, on his lot 10,036 square feetthe famous property has a terrace, green areas and a small golf course.
