In addition to television, the presenter Ellen DeGeneres found a real gold mine in the real estate sector, as demonstrated by the large number of houses that she has bought and sold in recent years.
Today the wife of portia de rossi is in the news for having relaunched for sale the century-old residence that he owns in the Montecito area, in California.
The property, which was built in 1915 and was recently remodeled, is shaking up the market for the amount of $5.85 million dollars.
The asking amount is slightly more than what DeGeneres and Rossi paid at the beginning of the year, but less than what they were aiming for six months ago, and would still be netting a profit of just over $400,000.
The residence has an extension of 1,910 square feetwith two bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, laundry room, garage for one vehicle, among other rooms.
The kitchen is closed and not very wide. It is equipped with white cabinets and high-end appliances.
The main bedroom has space for a large bed and a sitting area. It also has a fireplace, a dressing room, as well as a bathroom with a double vanity, toilet and shower.
Outside, on his lot 8,134 square feethas a terrace, green areas, guest house, office, outdoor entertainment area, fountains, among other amenities.
