Season 6 of ‘Black Mirror’ will premiere on June 15 and Netflix has released the official trailer, which shows five new nightmares that seem to be loaded with meta-humor and very strange situations. Billed as “the most unpredictable, unclassifiable and unexpected season yet”seems to have regained some of his lost sting.
The official Season Synopsis, with episode titles like ‘StreamBerry’ or ‘Demon 79’, it goes like this:
“Expect the unexpected in the highly anticipated return of Charlie Brooker’s dark and satirical anthology series, reinventing itself with each new episode. The sixth season of Black Mirror is the most unpredictable, unclassifiable and unexpected yet.”
The creator Charlie Brooker has declared about this return of his series:
“Partly as a challenge and partly to keep things fresh for both myself and the viewer, I began this season by deliberately changing some of my own basic assumptions about what to expect. Consequently, this time around, along with some of the more familiar Black Mirror tropes, we also get some new elements, including some I previously swore blindly the show would never do, to stretch the parameters of what is “an episode of Black.” Mirror. All the stories are still tonally Black Mirror through and through, but with some crazy twists and more variety than ever before.”

This season’s impressive cast includes Aaron Paul, Anjana Vasan, Annie Murphy, Auden Thornton, Ben Barnes, Clara Rugaard, Daniel Portman, Danny Ramirez, Himesh Patel, John Hannah, Josh Hartnett, Kate Mara, Michael Cera, Monica Dolan, Myha’la Herrold, Paapa Essiedu, Rob Delaney, Rory Culkin, Salma Hayek Pinault, Samuel Blenkin, and Zazie Beetz.
