There are properties that are sold, as if it were hot cakes, but there are others that are more complicated to negotiate, as is the case with the Michael Jordan’s famous mansion and what about the house where Elvis and Priscilla Presley spent their romantic honeymoon in the Palm Springs, California area.
That last property, which attracts attention for its futuristic design and is known as ‘House of Tomorrow’, was sold in December 2020, after spending more than six years on the market.
The building, which was designed by the architect William Krissel in the 1960s, it was originally released for sale by $9.5 million dollarsbut two years ago, in the most critical stage of COVID, it was sold in $2.6 million dollars.
The strong reduction in its price meant a hard blow for its then owners and, even more so, if we take into account that the current owners are offering it in $5.65 million dollars.
According to the technical file, the residence has an area of 4,695 square feetwith four bedrooms, with two full bathrooms and with 3/4 bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, garage for four vehicles, laundry room, among other rooms.
Outside it has a terrace, a swimming pool with a spa area, extensive green areas, among other amenities.
Although it still retains several details of its original design, it was restored in the 1990s and more recently, which gives it a plus.
