Through stories on his Instagram account, Guille.goal shared the process of selecting an accountant vacancy in his company. Everything was going well, until among the requirements there was one that caught the attention of the users, since it emphasized that those interested should send a video making 25 to 50 burpees.

But the thing does not end there, because in the comments there were people who assured that, already being inside the company, they put burpees as a penalty if the code of honor is not followed. In addition to completing their work in a timely manner based on results, employees must also meditate and read.
The topic gave a lot to talk about and caused controversy on social networks, as many users were annoyed that they added an activity that had nothing to do with work.
Faced with criticism from users on social networks, the company replied:
We chose burpees as a very complete exercise to do every day as well as reading, punctuality, meditation. The intention of the daily exercise is a matter of perseverance, discipline and activation. It is not about discriminating based on your physical condition. Or some limitation. In case someone cannot do them, it can be substituted with any other activity.
