The hunt they undertook Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck to find their new home seems to be a long way from coming to an end, as they have not yet decided where they will move to live.
Although everything seemed to indicate that they would move to a Pacific Palisades mansion worth more than $60,000,000 dollars, in recent hours it was revealed that they reversed the operation and now it is said that they are targeting a property located in the area of Holmby Hills.
That property, whose current owner is Max Azriafounder of BCBG, would be available on the market for $75,000,000 dollars.
The target figure is well above the $16,000,000 dollars that Azria himself paid for in 2005.
The property, which was built in 1939 by architect Paul Williams and has undergone any number of renovations, has an area of more than 30,000 square feet and nearly 60 rooms.
Outside, on its nearly three-acre lot, the mansion enjoys enviable privacy, as well as a terrace, green areas, a pool with its respective spa area, a pool house, a tennis court, among other amenities .
