The Trump family decided to lower the rental price of their luxurious mansion in Palm Beach, Floridawhich in the past belonged to Maryanne Trump Barryone of the sisters of the former president donald trump.
The property, which was purchased in $18.5 million dollars by a company run by Eric Trumpwas launched for rent, last May, by $208,000 dollars per monthbut the lack of offers and interested parties caused them to relax their claims and now they are asking $195,000 dollars.
In case of receiving the desired figure, in a year they would obtain $2.3 million dollarsinstead of the $2.5 million they were looking for, but that remains to be seen.
In addition to being offered for rent, there is also the possibility of acquiring it, as it has been advertised on $59 million dollars.
The house, which was built in 1956 and is known as ‘The Beachouse’, has an extension of 10,455 square feetwith eight bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.
It also enjoys, on its two floors, a hall, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, solarium, main room, family room, library, terraces, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 0.63 acresconsists of green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, 194 feet facing the Caribbean Sea, among other amenities.
In addition to attracting attention for its interiors and exteriors, ‘The Beachouse’ also stands out for being located in the vicinity of Mar-a-Lago, the famous golf and social club of the Trump family.
