All of them are British actors who have not yet reached celebrity status and have few credits in their respective filmographies, but with the series I am extraordinary that could change soon. The trailer for this series hypnotized us and you are about to see why.
it’s about this
I am extraordinary is a British comedy set in a world that is a lot like ours except for one thing: here everyone who reaches the age of 18 develops a superpower. Everyone except Jen (Tyers), who at 25 is still waiting for some semblance of power to come her way.
This causes her all kinds of insecurities, not helped at all by the fact that she’s stuck in a dead-end job and that Luke, a guy with the ability to fly she occasionally dates, has no intention of committing.
The only support Jen has is from her best friend, Carrie (Oxenham). Her positive attitude is what keeps Jen from falling into the bottomless pit of self-pity. Adrift in a world she understands nothing of and armed with only a little bit of hope and a whole lot of despair, Jen begins a journey to find her potential superpower.
