This Chickpea, Avocado, and Feta Salad is refreshing, quick to prepare, and delicious. Although the level of a legume cooked at home is unattainable, using a good quality brand that is on the market, we can open a can of canned chickpeas that we have in the pantry. legumes are a very nutritious food that should be very present in our diet and the salad format is ideal for not complicating life.
First, and if necessary, peel the spring onions and finely chop them. We then do the same with the avocados, but dicing them after removing the bones. finely chopAlso, a few stems of fresh chives well washed and dried. If we have bought block feta cheese, we cut it into cubes.
