‘The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart’, on Prime Video, is based on the bestselling debut novel by Australian writer Holly Ringland.
The great Sigourney Weaver returns once again to be part of a story that promises to be one of Prime Video’s strong cards. The streaming service presented the teaser trailer for the series Alice Hart’s Lost Flowers, which will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories. This story is based on the debut novel and bestseller by Holly Ringland.
According to information from Prime Video, the series will consist of seven episodes and will tell the endearing story of Alice Hart: “When 9-year-old Alice tragically loses her parents in a mysterious fire, she is taken to live with her grandmother June at Thornfield Flower Farm, where she learns there are secrets within. the secrets about her and her family’s past.”
“Set in Australia’s stunning natural landscape, using wild flowers and local plants as a way of expressing the inexpressible, this riveting family drama spans decades. As she grows out of her complicated past, Alice’s journey moves toward an emotional climax as she finds herself fighting for her life against the man she loves.

This series will be produced by Amazon Studios, Made Up Stories and Fifth Season. Executive producing are Made Up Stories’ Jodi Matterson, Bruna Papandrea and Steve Hutensky, and Sigourney Weaver, Sarah Lambert and Glendyn Ivin. Ivin is directing all seven episodes and Lambert is showrunner.
When it premieres Alice Hart’s Lost Flowers
will be next August 4th when the first three episodes of the series premiere, with one additional episode weekly until the series finale, which will be on September 1.
