Around here we are rubbing our little hands with everything that is coming in the fall in terms of anime premieres. October is going to start off in style with the sixth season of ‘Boku no Hero Academia’ and will also mark the return of ‘Bleach’, ‘Mob Psycho 100’, ‘Spy x Family’ and the long-awaited start of ‘Chainsaw Man’.
In the midst of all this, the franchise of ‘Gundam‘ with a new anime series with a female lead, and the prologue for the main story can be seen in no time.
A prologue to lay the foundations
‘Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury’ has also joined the roster of fall releases, but the next September 1st An episode will be released that will serve as a prologue to the rest of the anime. This “chapter zero” will serve to give more context to the universe and characters, and the mecha, of course.
The prologue has already been seen in Japan at the Gundam Yokohama Factory, but from September it will be available globally at the official channel of ‘Gundam‘ on YouTube, where you can also watch episodes of other anime series in the franchise.
Regarding the rest of the series, the producers have confirmed that ‘Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury‘ can be seen in streaming outside of Japan, although details are yet to be finalized. For now, the three great possibilities are Netflix, Crunchyroll, or even being distributed directly from the web or the official ‘Gundam’ channels.
